Flying Wires for my GWS Tiger Moth 400

I was so happy with the way the flying wires turned out on my Pico Tiger Moth, that I installed a similar mod on my 400.

I replaced the stock screws on the interplane struts with 5/16″ brass screw eyes for the wires to run through.

I used Beadalon 7-strand 0.38mm silver wire.

I drilled small holes through the cabane struts to carry the wires from side to side.

The ends of the wires fasten to micro control horns, CA’d into the fuse just above the landing gear.

The final results look pretty cool.
