Prototype rudder. Dollar Tree foamboard, sans paper, with iron-on covering and paint. It was heavier than I’d hoped – 2 grams of paperless foam, and 2 grams of covering and paint – but still lighter than the original foam.prototype-rudderLightweight rudder (right).
