This is my Parkzone UM Mosquito. I’ve actually had this plane for quite some time, but it’s been a real hanger queen; I could just never get it to fly right. The problem turned out to be tail heaviness. Rather than fly all the time with a couple of nickles in the nose, I ordered a pair of Hyperion 550mAh batteries from HeliPal to replace the stock E-flite 250mAh battery. The Hyperions weigh about 6-7 grams more than the original batteries.
The stock battery (left) weighs 8 grams. The new Hyperion battery (right) weighs 14.5 grams.
It flies a whole lot better now and will hopefully be gathering less dust in the future.
