I used a wing spar from a Parkzone Stryker. It was a little short, but I had several on hand. I laid the spar in place on the foam and pressed down to make an impression. Then I used the spar itself to gouge a pocket in the foam. I laid the top part of the wing in place, pressed down to make an impression, and repeated the process.
